This program's services include:

Pest Control - On an every other month basis, we perform a perimeter treatment to the structure, providing a barrier to inhibit insects from entering the structure. This service provides coverage for both the interior and exterior of the home. It is a guaranteed service with any additional treatments needed being provided at no extra charge.

Landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, removal of debris) - We provide a minimum of 36 cuts per year on all turf areas. Service includes mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, and removal of all debris. Trimming of the ornamentals will be performed monthly.

Lawn Integrated Pest Management (IPM) - All turf and ornamental areas will be inspected and treated for any turf/ornamental damaging insects or disease as necessary on an ongoing basis.

Quarterly fertilization for turf, ornamentals and trees - For Turf, Ornamental Beds and Trees, we will apply a high quality fertilizer designed specifically for these areas with all of the elements and nutrients to keep them healthy and lush.

Irrigation checks - The irrigation system will be checked on a monthly basis for broken or clogged heads and complete coverage. Any damage caused by APSI will not be charged to you. Any additional services needed for the irrigation system will be billed separately after approval has been received.

All this service for a reasonable monthly charge! For your convenience, no one needs to be home for any of these services to be performed, and your monthly charge is the same amount every month. We can also add additional specialty services to this plan, such as Rodent Control or Ficus Whitefly control.
